  • Swiss rounds are 50 + 3 minutes in duration, best of ones. 50 + 3 means there are 3 minutes allocated for the start of game procedure. Players must have presented their deck and revealed their equipment and weapons within this 3 minute window. If both players complete the start of game procedure in less than 3 minutes, they may begin playing their match immediately.
  • The number of rounds of Swiss is determined by the number of players at the beginning of round 1.

Starting from doors open until 6pm, every 8 players will launch a single elimination 3 round on demand pod, with the winner getting a bye into one of the 5k Riftbound Headliner events. Players are eligible for a MAXIMUM of ONE(1) bye per event. Byes can not be transferred. In the event that the winner would receive their third bye, this would be transferred to the second place player. If no player is eligible for byes, the bye will be voided.

Swiss Rounds

  • Swiss rounds are best-of-one.
  • Swiss rounds are 50 + 5 minutes in duration. (50 + 5 means there are 5 minutes allocated for the start of game procedure. Players must have presented their deck and revealed their equipment and weapons within this 5 minute window. If both players complete the start of game procedure in less than 5 minutes, they may begin playing their match immediately.)
  • The number of rounds of Swiss is determined by the number of players at the beginning of round 1.
